Gotta try again

I had been smoking just one cig every morning and running at least three times a week, but last Wednesday I bumped it up to 3-5 cigarettes a day. Oh well, I had good reasons. My runs these past few days have seemed harder because of it. Time to chew gum like insane, step outside and chew a piece of gum instead of smoke when I feel the habit kick in.

Look at all this gum.
