Got the sleep apnea testing kit today. Really nervous. I hope I don’t. Have sleep apnea

I have had sleep apnea for years. You just have to use a machine when you sleep. My only advice if you do have it keep the machine clean or you’ll get sick. Good luck. :sunny:
