Got a bit anxious on coffee

Try Taurine. It acts truly like a benzo. It’s a NMDA antagonist whereas L Theanine is an NMDA agonist. It also upregulates GABA levels. I read somewhere that the daily dosage is 2g-5g but I take 8g a day with no ill effects. it’s the main ingredient in energy drinks.
