Having a day where every thing sucks. Little things anoy me and I’m constantly swearing at myself. Just wanna hear if anyone has a good way of dealing with theese days?
I go for a walk and try to clear my head, I have those days all too often.
Or you could look at memes ha, they seem to get me in a lighter mood.
Firstly, remember that this will pass. Life is full of ups and downs, and unless you have some pretty severe chronic depression, you will be up again eventually.
Second, do something youre good at and enjoy. It can really boost your confidence and mood to remind yourself that youre good at something when nothing seems to be going right.

I listen to my favorite music I made a bunch of playlist on YouTube depending on what I’m feeling at the moment
I know some days will be horrible, but remember this cliche saying “it will pass” everything in our lives will pass nothing is forever. It is cold yet warm comfort, so just try to learn from what you are going through, if there is something to be learned and try to distract yourself for a couple a minutes. Feel those emotions but never stay there forever or your life will pass you by. You can do this! Hope this helps.

Sorry that your having one of those days. Sometimes nothing works sad to say. But it does pass eventually so hang in there
I’m sorry to hear you’re having a bad day.
When I have one of those days where everything annoys me, I try to minimize the irritation by putting on my most comfortable clothes, making sure my apartment has the right temperature, and having plenty of snacks to eat so I won’t get hangry. (angry from hunger)
I also try to talk to people in small bursts. Too much, and I get annoyed by them. Short phonecalls or a few texts back and forth.
I listen to music I like or watch a tv-show in the background while I surf the web, and mostly I just try to wait it out.
Sometimes, despite my best efforts, nothing seems to help, and I’m sorry if that’s the case.

Go out with a good friend, drinking good cup of coffee and tea, go shopping or window shopping, eat something you like.

Just woke up and today seems so much brighter
I had a similar kind of day myself. I usually self medicate with caffeine pills and sugar when that happens. Sometimes it works. I’ve been shifting back and forth between the tv and my computer. Life ain’t bad.
