No. 200 mg each. That’s still the best deal on L-theanine I have seen. I got my order today. I had bought a bottle of 100 mg pills at Walmart to keep me going. I’m starting to think this stuff really works.

It is the same brand, but I think that bottle is a smaller bottle than what I bought. The bottle I bought had 365 pills that were 200 mg a piece.

@crimby be careful the effectiveness of l theanine depends upon brands too…!!! Not all the brand similar…!!

I don’t take L Theanine anymore but when I did I was using about 200 mg x2 a day, so 2 small teaspoons. Yes, I took the powdered form because the capsules are way too expensive. Here in Canada, 10 grams (100mg x100) of L Theanine costs $30 in capsule form.
