Latuda and Risperdal made me gain 80 lbs. Risperdal was probably most responsible for it though.

Good luck @anon20613941, I hope you two find a good solution for the weight…I’ve heard good things about geodon and weight, but if u are in the UK (?) they don’t do it.

Ok then also Ive heard abilify is meant to be weight neutral but Im just warning you its not the case necessarily…it wasnt for me. Gives me intense food cravings is what I mean

I have problems with impulsivity so reckon I will stay away from abilify.

ive gained alot on olanzapine, but its the only med that keeps me from going insane, ive switched to orally disintegrating olanzapine because i read it might not affect appetite as much, been on it for almost 2 weeks havent noticed a difference but i know even when i quit olanzapine i was still hungry for like a month, i hope i notice a difference by the time i go back to my pdoc in may

Vraylar is working for me. I’ve only been on it for less than a month but I’m very stable and it’s not supposed to make me gain weight. So far no weight gain. Could be an option for you. Good luck to you!
