Going to add Glycine from vital nutrients for depression

but not 4 grams tiwce or 3 times a day i noticed hypomania with that dose

any recommendations like sarcosine?

I would highly recommend sarcosine instead, you would have to take 40-60g of glycine for it to have the same effect as it can’t cross the blood/brain barrier, i take sarcosine and lately I’ve been feeling REALLY good on it, euphoric like I’m high or something.Hopefully it’s not having a drug-like efffect on my, I’m pretty sure it’s harmless.

i think Glycine low dose will cure my depression, i already tried it, but i became very talkative on 4 grams twice daily, so what happened do you know?
