Did sarcosine fry my brain?

I’ve been taking sarcosine for about a year now and have seen steady improvements to the point where it has miraculously cured my negative symptoms, lately I’ve been feeling so good I am euphoric, almost high! However in the past few days the sarcosine has stopped working and I’ve been feeling depressed. I thought it might be due to depleted neurotransmitters due to feeling high all the time, I tried taking L-Tryptophan (for serotonin) and L-Tyrosine (for dopamine) and they seem to have helped alot, but now when I feel good it stops all of a sudden and I am depressed again. I read somewhere that sarcosine can overload your NDMA system, any ideas on whether this is what’s happening? I have never been depressed like this in my life, never, it is not me!

I don’t get anything from sarcosine but glycine made me feel great. What dosage are you taking?

I’m taking 3g of sarcosine every day, I tried glycine but I had to take it in such high doses I threw up.

what dosing of Glycine are you taking JimBob and what brand?

how many times daily?

The first time I tried Sarcosine over 5 years ago. I was on top of the world, thought all my negatives were completely treated and I’d live a close to a normal life. The second day of taking it I had too much motivation, to the point it was getting on my nerves, I couldn’t sit still not because of restlessness but because I was too motivated. After about a week I was back to baseline. I took Sarcosine for almost 3 years without breaks after that but it did nothing mostly, maybe a marginal help with memory, I was hoping for the effect to return but 2 years ago I just gave up and haven’t tried it since.

a guy called pixel on this forum says sarcosine has helped him consistently for years. idk any other success stories, maybe he is getting a placebo effect?
