Stay on your meds. Don’t be stupid.
I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. I went off with physician approval and ended up in a psych ward when the residual left my system.

People are just saying that I’m a hypochondriac so why shouldnt i go off meds
You’re not a hypochondriac. I may be wrong here but I heard that meds get less effective when you stop them each time. Why take the risk to prove a point!
You’re young and foolhardy, and with mental illness. You’re going to make avoidable mistakes, even if older, experienced people tell you they’ve been there.
