I can’t stop thinking about occult philosophy, UFOs, and religion, and it is getting unhealthy. I feel I am holding onto reality and am approaching delusional territory. Oh well, time to take my meds.

I feel you on that. Dear god my mental phone has been ringing off the hook. It’s driving me nuts but I can’t answer it because that stupid demon is on the other end. AGHHH

in addition to meds, keeping some distance from those things has helped me control those thoughts.

Man when I liked those subjects I saw nothing wrong with it. At least you have the insight that what you’re doing is unhealthy. I don’t think I’ll ever get interested in the occult again. Maybe some eastern philosophy but not take it too seriously!! I’m glad I have no interest in the occult anymore!! Drove me crazy!!!
