Go back to therapy

I thought I could do without therapy in my life but cannot do it. Called my therapists today and set an appointment in two weeks. I lasted 2 months.

When you need it, take it. When you stop needing it, you do it without realizing how.

It’s good that you came to this self realization. I recently went back to therapy too after 3 months off.

Therapy sucks sometimes but that’s the treatment that’s available in this day and age. Maybe they will discover something better in the next couple of centuries but for now, we’re stuck with therapy.

Therapy has actually helped me through some stuff. I am just running out of things to talk about when I see a therapist. Mainly it goes down to processing every day events and stuff and sorting through them.

The last time I went back to therapy I learned some relaxation techniques that I’ve used since then when the going gets rough.

I don’t have any reticence about calling up for a continuation if I need it or want it.

Even my therapists agrees that I can do with out it. So here goes a trial run for about 2 months. I do not have any pressing issues or deep problems anymore. I wondered when this day would happen, the year I just did not have anything to talk about, and it has happened. No more therapy unless something terrible would happen.

Three months have gone by and no Therapy except for a Med Check.
Right now I have no reason to go and my therapist gave me a vote of confidence that she agrees.
