Does anyone know what the dosage of glycine is for schizophrenia? I have been trying to find it but have no luck. Thank you!
0.8 g/kg body weight per day
It’ll probably make you sick at that high a dose though.

I think its 60 grams to be equivelent to the 2mg sarcosine dose.

There were a few trials at 30grams a day and also 60 grams a day

Sarcosine is 45 bucks for 180 grams. At 2 grams a day you get 3 months worth.
Whats the price cost of taking 30 grams a day of glycine?

If my calculations are correct I should be taking 9 grams, so since I’m barely started, I’m going to take 7 grams lol.
@LevelJ1 the glycine ran me $7 and sarcosine was about $9 for me in the USA.

I would say it’s about 6 grams
