after talking to my psychiatrist, we decided to switch medications. however, he didn’t prescribe me enough more geodon to wean myself off of. i can’t get more because my psychiatrist’s office only refills medication in appointments, and my psychiatrist unfortunately had a family emergency and can’t get back to me.
i’ve been hit with withdrawal symptoms pretty bad, particularly the shakiness. does anyone have any advice on how to manage it?

Lots of gatorade and a low dose of magnesium supplements. Be careful with the magnesium though. Too much will give you diarrhea

I went cold turkey off geodon once. Thought I was going to die. I really don’t know how to explain it
Also, plan for mood swings. I texted the crisis line 741-741 like a dozen times last time I tried lowering mine.
