The actavis pills are larger and look like saucer like while the lupin ones are small and roundish

It’s not exactly the same drug. A psychiatrist I no longer see once explained it to me. The chemical structure may be the same, but there are also the excipients, among other things.
The excipients may be different from those of the original medication.
