I have an appointment today in 6 hours to see my pdoc… I’m going to ask for gabapentin for anxiety… Who has taken this? Did it help? What is the overall success rate for this drug for anxiety?
Mine just got upped to 300mg 2x a day.
Both me and my sister can report great success with this drug - it’s tolerable and doses are very flexible for the person.
It made my sister more relaxed and bareable. Same with me, more relaxed and tolerable by others.
I really like it, but I’m careful not to take it too often, because I build up a tolerance quickly. My script is PRN.
It makes me hypomanic and hypersexual if I take it every day, but everyone reacts differently to different drugs.
