I don’t know how folk can go days without meds. I feel terrible after a couple of hours

I feel bad when I miss a dose of buproprion. I can miss a dose of my ap’s and not feel too bad. I’m just a little more tense.

How do you normally make sure you remember to take your meds? Maybe use reminders on your phone, that’s what I usually do if I start forgetting my doses
Although if you rarely miss med-doses I guess it’s not necessary
I think I can feel it if I forget my pregabalin, don’t really get that as much if I forget something else

I normally fill a box of meds on a Sunday morning for the week. I did this morning but forgot to put the pregabalin in. Too many different meds.

My doctor won’t let me have Pregabalin as people can abuse it or sell it on the streets, as if it is something we shouldn’t really have, my doctors think benzos are some kind of evil as well.
