Am fine but just annoyed at myself. My stupid really bad morning (which was all my fault) got me taking the wrong meds.
Gonna live quiet and simple this weekend

You aren’t stupid. And your bad morning is not all your fault. There are hindrances. I’m glad taking too much medicine has not had a damaging effect on you. That’s very scary!

The maximum dose safe dose I think is 600mg over 24 hours so I am safe. Just annoyed at myself. I don’t mess up meds often. Only when I am stressed.
I think I am underneath it all really stressed. Seeing my pdoc a week on Monday. Maybe he will be able to help

It happens to me once in a blue moon. Then I think I should get a pill box. Then I decide against it. And repeat.
