Depends on where they are from…
By foreigner I mean grew up with a different culture.
Some cultures think they are better than everywhere else…some cultures get tattoos when they visit foreign countries to celebrate experiencing something new…so still depends on where their from…and then it depends on the person…Americans in general are terrible guests…but there are acceptions to this generalization…
