life without romance sucks! believe in love and romance life will be better. It will make you feel better.
I long for romance but I am not ready for a relationship until I find some direction in my life. Its hard for a man to find a relationship if he doesnt have a decent job.
If I could work 40 hours a week this thread likely wouldn’t exist.
For real, you can pick up women even while jobless. But in order to have a long-term relationship, you need at least to have a plan of action (if you have a masculine core of course). Let’s say you’re in college and want to pick up girls, your plan of action is finishing college and get the job. Women can feel if you’re on your purppse or not. They can feel if you’re a chode that just want a relationship in order not to feel alone or if you’re a ■■■■■■■ man who wants to do your ■■■■ and be the best version of yourself. Progression is sexy for women. As David Deida says, your woman wants to see you as Shiva.
But let’s say you’re jobless. If you’re trying to get the job, women will feel you’re on your purpose and will feel attracted for you.
Also, if it’s your case, stop denying your sexual desires. If you have sexual desires, embrace it in a healthy way.
I suppose that makes sense. Right now I have physical issues that I hope are temporary that are keeping me from working. It’s -------- me off. As it turns out they are likely related to the recent weight loss I worked so hard for, which makes it worse.
That’s awesome you’re losing weight! But what kind of physical issues you’re having?
I have type 2 diabetes and so when I lost the weight (I still have 30 more pounds left to lose) my blood glucose or blood sugar naturally got lower. Well the threshold to feel sick with lower blood sugar is more like lower than what your body is used to than what will harm it. So if my blood glucose dips below 100 I get sick.
This happens almost anytime I go more 3 hours or more without eating and sometimes other times.
If my boss were nice and let me stop for a minute or two to eat, I could do that. But I would still be useless for 15 minutes until the food raises my blood glucose. I don’t think any boss is nice enough to tolerate that.
What’s frustrating is that that level of blood sugar won’t harm my body. It’s just an unnecessary mechanism that makes me get sick.
Maybe you should talk to your boss and explain the situation to him. You can even explain that you will be more productive if you eat right.
My case worker suggested I try some volunteering after I’m done with the support group I’m in. He said at least I could get an idea if I could manage it. So maybe I will try that. I think the group is 6 months or something and I’ve already been going for several months.
