vegan queso with corn chips!

I’m really looking forward to dinner tonight. It’s called ‘crunchwrap supreme!’ It’s crunch lettuce inside a wrap, with seasoned textured soy protein, vegan queso and fresh tomato. Yum! I can’t wait!

Made the crunchwrap as a burrito and didn’t toast it, cause gf tortillas fall apart easy. Was a mess eating it… and am 2 hours early for dinner. But oh well. Was kinda yummy…

Well, I’ve got the slow cooker venison on. I seared it in flour and put it in the slow cooker. Should be done about 6 o’clock.

Yeah, it’s good stuff, though idk how good it would be with regular tomatoey chili. I use two cans of Skyline brand chili and add a pound of ground beef and maybe a little garlic, a can of kidney beans, and of course hot sauce. Skyline chili is a chili sauce intended for chili mac, chili cheese fries, stuff like that. It’s a brand based out of Ohio, but if you can’t find it at your local grocery store it is available on Amazon. It’s expensive; I pay about $6 per can, but it’s worth it.
