It’s Easy To make and Taystes Really Good ,

I Feel Guilty When I Eat Meat Because I Love Animals But There Is STILL An Instinctual Crayving For Meat ,

Grilled cheese sandwiches are definitely up there. I wish I could list loads of healthy food, but I don’t eat that well.

Probably the only thing I could say is cous cos!

i like chocolate, i just had a kitkat break and it said music on the wrapper lol i have another two with different names like rainyday and social :slight_smile:

i have also got chocolate milk and banana milk, pepsi, some stella and a little wine, i take a little wine every day now for medicinal purposes (basically trying to live longer) now all i have to do is use my butcher and fruit veg/stall and i can eat healthily.

p.s. i saw a proper kettle today (not electric) and i was like awww thats amazing :slight_smile: but i didnt get it

Here is what my son eats::
Too many soft drinks
Amys bowels Soy milk Swiss cheese and turkey sandwiches on wheat bread Mcdonalds Ben & jerrys cherry garcia

I eat meat and rice, shredded wheat, and whey protein. Sometimes pasta instead of rice. Sometimes vegetables.

I like to grill six chicken breasts with buffalo sauce and make rice and put cheese in the rice. I eat two chicken breast at once.

I also eat chipotle rather often, which is just Mexican food.

I also eat high protein meal replacement bars when I haven’t cooked or don’t have time.

Sometimes my parents buy nicer food or my dad gets nice food from his work, he sells seafood and mostly.

My appetite is crap lately bit I am eating chicken breast and vegetables. Red meat is making me sick lately, grossing me out…odd. Drinking water and coffee but would really love a Pepsi right now, even though the sugar makes me feel worse. I generally feel better if I eat lean protein and vegetables. I always regret eating junk just cuz it was convenient…but some of it is just SO good!

Most Recently, I had a plate from a Chinese Restaurant with broccoli and chicken w/fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, shrimp, teriyaki wings and potato skins. Today, I’ve eaten 2 sausage bisuits, hashbrowns, coconut juice, and cantaloupe.
