First Paliperidone injection

Now to see how it goes. At my recent appointment my stepdaughter asked if there was any difference treatment wise compared to fortnightly Consta.
Pdoc said there can be a downturn a few days before next injection is due. I wonder if this is anyone’s experience .

I get a downturn about 7-10 days before. But I was resistant to 156mg and had to go up to 234mg. I have some risperdone 1mg pills to take on the days I feel bad. They really help.

I’m on 50 mg paliperidone.(78 mg paliperidone palmitate ) 234mg is equivalent to 150. That’s a heavy dose.

I get a downturn some days after gettin the injection. I’m on 263mg Trinza/Trevicta.
