I am on the risperdal consta injections at 37.5mg and it seems to fade out starting a week after I get it (it’s an every two week injection cycle ) so I’m supposed to take 2mg tablet every night along with it so it stays level. But I hardly take the tablets. I have something in me that likes the feeling I get when I start slipping. But I’ve had things going on since I was like nine or ten, so on the meds I feel like I’m missing parts of me that I always considered to be my normalcy. I do miss some of the things I used to experience when unmedicated.
I remember @jimbob saying that he felt his injection wore off before the next one and he was considering taking tablets as a top up too.
Yeah I’m on depixol. 60mg every two weeks. I find it last 10-12 days then I have a hard time for a day before the next depot.
