First day with no codeine

Here I am at 5.30am. And today I get no codeine.

I guess my psychiatrist will put me on Naltrexone at the end of the week.

Today might be a bit rough. The psychologist I was seeing said part of the withdrawals is breaking the habits of my daily routine when I was using codeine to get high.

It’s getting harder and harder to source it, heroin would be easier to get.

You can do it turtle. Be completely honest with the doctor if something happens and you have codeine.

But that’s not going to happen, because you’ll be able to do it!!
