Do you think it’s a good idea? Green tea has L-theanine which is supposed to counteract the negative effects of caffeine.

You could try it and see how you feel. Another option is to buy a l-theanine supplements to take with the coffee.
I’m taking caffeine pills these days. I cut a 200mg tablet in quarts to 50mg, which seems to work well for me.

I tried l-theanine before, can’t remember if it was a 100mg or 200mg tablet. It made me hear voices, probably because it raises dopamine. In tea I believe there’s much smaller amounts than that.
