I don’t have any luck with supplements but I’m trying taurine this week. I’ll keep you updated. I’m only taking 1g a day. The research studies use more than that but if I can tolerate it I’ll up the dose eventually.

Yes it good to experiment with supplement… okay keep us updated…!!!

Careful about mixing it with L Theanine since it also releases GABA. You might not get the full benefit from Taurine.
