Mine last usually 3 days regular heaviness

I haven’t had a period since my mid 30s because I had a hysterectomy. Before that my period was 20 days a month and horrid pain every day.

That’s awful 1515

It was a nightmare. But it’s almost 15.years now without.

I recently started spotting/bleeding during ovulation week. It’s like I get 2 periods now.

I’ve spotted 4 times in the last 7 years. That’s pretty cool. I used to have the worst, heavy week long periods and I had terrible PMS. I was moody beyond belief.

I might be facing a hysterectomy soon and it scares me. Was it a hard recovery and did you have any problems afterward?

I don’t want to lose my uterus .

I had laparoscopic surgery where it only makes 4 small incisions. I recovered within a week. It was the best thing for me

My advice is what saved my sanity. There is a birth control pill that makes it so you only have your period once every three months! I’m not pleasant when the red death visits; therefore, this has been a sanity saver :hugs:

Have you thought about a uterine ablasion. Lots of people benefit from it. Some never have a period again and others a.day or two period very light. I don’t want to gross everyone out so I’ll let you Google it if interested

Ty. It does sting a bit

Excellent prediction.

I don’t know what medication you are on but if you take a drug with prolactin those periods may stop. Invega or resperdal
