It was pretty scary as I could tell and couldn’t do anything about it and felt i was really getting narried and I was being recorded and everyone knew except me the whole day making me super anxious… i do wonder if it was always sleep deprivation causing the psychosis…
Im not on antipsychotics and yesterday I was thinking of calling the doc to get on them
Oh no @anon80629714, I’m so sorry. If you think it might be sleep deprivation, may I suggest giving it another day and getting a good night’s sleep to see if it repeats itself? Best wishes! (((HUGS)))
At least you haven’t lost touch with reality. Best call the doc and see about getting on meds. I’m sure this is a huge letdown for you, and I’m sorry. I was really hoping you had this beat.
I just think that is strange that they would have you on meds for 10 years and then all the sudden say “welp, don’t need them anymore”. but I’m no doctor.
It’s definitely possible to experience all kinds of psychotic symptoms when you don’t get enough sleep. Even normal people get psychotic from not enough sleep.
I dont have mania , but that might when I didjt sleep it led to feeling totally disconnected … and stuff I said to my partner he was so worried for me … but ill talk to the pdoc about it
