Feeling pretty good - on a new sleeping regime

I always feel much better at night and just terrible in the mornings. Plus am just not tired at 11pm.

So I have been staying up to 5am and sleeping to 2pm.

I feel a lot better. I think it is my natural schedule for my body clock

Glad that’s working out for you @anon94176359. I have a similar rhythm where i like to stay up late and sleep in the next morning. My pdoc tells me some people are just that way, we all have different rhythms.

Talking of pdoc mine didn’t like this sleep pattern at first. He thought I was doing it to isolate myself (I think I probably was at first)

But now I find I am at my peak at these times.

If I didn’t have to work I’d go to sleep late an sleep in till 3 or so
