Feeling paranoid

I am feeling paranoid. I am really scared. Will taking an extra Saphris or diazepam help? My pdoc isn’t in the office. I don’t know who to call. Someone please help me. I know I am being followed from my drive home, but I know it isn’t real. I don’t know what to take. I am normally fine.

Can you take a nap for 20 minutes? That helps. Just closing your eyes for that long can help.

Or take some extra diazepam if you have to.
This might help.

I will try a nap then diazepam if I need to. I have to drive to my husband’s work with my medicine box to have him give me extra pills, so I would have to get in the car. It is so awful. I hate this. I don’t feel like myself.

I’m so sorry :frowning: I wish I could help.

I’m paranoid fairly often, and what helps me is looking at the ultimate reality of things.

Like for example I’ll ask myself “Okay - Why would any agency waste their time following/monitoring me?”

Maybe this type of questioning will help you. I’m unsure.

Also drawing and writing things down significantly helps me out from time to time.

Take care, :v:

I agree with that for sure.

And think of the cost and man hours it would take just to follow you. Why would they do it? The number of people on the payroll to follow just you… Why? What for?

Do you have wireless or bluetooth? Calling someone you trust and talking to them while driving, might take the pressure off and distract you.

Thanks everyone. You have all been helpful. I know it doesn’t make any sense. It’s just hard to see that sometimes. I took a nap. My husband will be home soon, but I want to avoid taking diazepam if I can. I have been off of it for days now. I want it to be very effective when I travel to see my great grandmother in a few weeks. But I have a pdoc appointment in two days if this is still a problem. Maybe it will just go away.

Nobody is safe. Internet is viral and hackable :disappointed: sorry but it is truth. Wifi is everywhrre and if your phone or labtop has camera or speaker your being watched

Watched by whom?
There are billions of devices but not billions of hackers.

Thank you. That’s what my husband said too. He said it would take someone really skilled to find me. He is studying IT with a specialty in security, so that made me feel better.
