i can understand your feeling, i’m waiting for my next smoke… i only have 2 left for today and i have them at fixed times.

Smoking doesn’t really relax you. It creates anxiety until you get the next cigarette and it’s a vicious cycle. I quit smoking.
yea that is true… wish i could stop also… but currently i’m not gonna stop.
Why did you gave up smoking ? When you overcome your cravings, it gets easier from trial to trial, you succeed and be free of smoking.
What i meant to say is my mental health is awful. And all of want to do when feeling this bad mentally is smoke
Don’t smoke. The bad feeling will pass, but then you’ll be addicted to tobacco again.
I would say don’t smoke too. If you do you will just want to kick yourself for starting again after you do it. I did that with beer.
Tobacci is the worst. Don’t do it.
If I had to choose between s having a drink after 4 years of sobriety or a ciggy… I’d choose the ciggy honestly.

I was a heavy smoker. I got free of nicotine about six years ago. It is very kewl to be a nonsmoker.
I smoke heavier than anyone I tried to quit a ton of times hmmmm guess I’ll die young
