Just had someone on buzzer asking if I’ve got anything(presuming he meant drugs). Think the last tenant may have been a drug dealer. Feel anxious and paranoid.

Oh geez. If this is the only time it happened then the guy probably pressed the wrong buzzer I think.
What did you tell him?
I’d be very paranoid too.
I told him I didn’t have anything. The last tenant was a bit dodgy. I’ve had the police on the door enquiring after him before.

I’d be paranoid too. Can you maybe put something on the door to let ppl know their’ s a new tenant?
If it’s only happened once I wouldn’t worry. I can see why it feels unpleasant though.
I’ve been having a problem getting weird calls for the lady who used to own my newer number, put me off some. they come all times of day and night. I screen now.

Read your papers that come with lease, talk with nieghbors and such. I think what you need to know is if they offer services with the lease.
That would explian it. "Do you got anything "
might be valet trash service or package/mail pick up.
They want to know if you got any trash bags to be collected.
