I’ve been around tons of different breeds of dogs and pitbull is by far my favorite breed out of all of them. Whats everyones elses fav dog breed?

I have a Harehound mix and one day I want to retire and live with a Shiba Inu
I’ve never been around either of those breeds. What are their dispositions like? Shiba Inu have some beautiful pups!
Harehounds are athletic little eternal puppies. They’re sort of small and they can be stubborn and need training. They look cute but have some serious game when it comes to hunting and catching frisbees in the air.
I KNOW wiener dogs are vicious… When I was kid… my aunt had two… and they would bit me all the time…
I hate those dogs… 75% of their head is JAW and Teeth… very little brain… easily keyed up and quick to bite… nasty little land sharks…
My favorite is the ultimate water rescue dog… Newfoundlands… LOVES WATER…
About 4 foot tall from head to paw and easily 225 pounds of pure water loving fun…

Gentle… easy going… and no mistake… it’s not a rat… it doesn’t yip…

When I was a kid we mated our male Bulldog with the neighbors female Shiz-zu. When it had a puppy we called it a Bullsh*t.

My favorite dog breed is whatever dog I have at the moment 
so currently it’s a corgi. I also really like pugs, Pyrenees mountain dogs, Rottweilers and German shepherds though.
Dachshunds can be really nasty. I think I heard it’s actually chihuahuas and dachshunds that are the dogs with most reported attacks/bites, technically making them the most aggressive, but no one really cares about them because they aren’t big and intimidating so they dont get a bad rep.
One of my friends had a dachsund and she was vicious. Would growl and bark at anyone in the house and bite anyone who tried to touch her. I never met a dog that hated people so much. She loved her family but everyone else, oh man. Usually dogs love me but that one didn’t want anything to do with anyone.

i like beagles but dont really like dogs that much even though im an animal lover.

Depends on the dog. Only poorly trained dogs jump on people. And not all of them are high energy. Some dogs are super chill.
Also ironically I think doggy Xanax/Prozac whatever exists. There are mentally ill dogs. There’s dog therapy too o.o

We had a dachshund when I was 10-18. If it was left in the house for a few hours, ie while my mum went shopping, it would go on a pissing and pooping spree. It was incredibly neurotic but not vicious.
Yeah I think that describes his dog better. Neurotic.
I have heard some negative reports on dachshunds; but, I had two dachshunds as a child. One loved me so much that he tragically passed away when I left him alone with my family when I went away to college. I don’t have dogs any more. I have had cats since the eighties. Now, I have one very beautiful, intelligent gray cat with soft fur who is hiding from me now. She will be out when I open her cat food can-FOR SURE!
I like border collies. They are beautiful dogs. My sister has one. Labradors are beautiful too.
I like Siberian Huskies. I love their markings. I don’t like them, but Chihuahuas make a good burglar alarm. I saw this burglar on TV talking about the way he checks out houses he wants to rob. He walked past a house with a bunch of Chihuahuas and he said, “I’m not going near that house. Too much racket.”

I have owned different dog breeds since I was a kid.
i am now partial towards mixed dog breeds - my current dog is a mix between a wiener dog (Dachshund) Chow and Schnauzer - he is a very good dog - I rescued him from the shelter as a pup, he is now 2 years old.
I love the little guy
I can’t say what my favorite breed is.
They are all pretty freaking cool, i can’t choose.
Cats are cool to though.
