They can be bothersome. Sometimes I know it’s a dream, and sometimes there are moments when I know it’s a dream but play along in the bizarre worlds anyways.
I had a dream in which I was supposed to summon someone I truly fear. I think everyone I personally know is not as scary as I am so they sent a selfish annoying guy from my high school who argued with my grandmother about me being legit or not.
That was one of like four absurd dreams I had. I woke up early. I’m gonna brood and drink brewed coffee.
Sorry your having to deal with this one.
I’m sure it will go away soon… It is a drag when we have dreams that put us in a bad mood… It just makes the day feel harder.
It’s odd… the very vivids have been hitting me as well.
I’m thinking it’s the heat or the recently triggering family gathering…
maybe the longer days…
I’m up later so I’m more tired when I finally get to bed… being more tired makes the head circus come out when I’m trying to sleep…
either way… It will be great when I can have a normal nights sleep.
I hate waking up feeling like this stuff really did happen.
I get dreams mixed up with memories. I often dream about being interrogated. I sometimes actually wonder if psychologists interrogate me and then give me a roofie, but that’s textbook delusional thinking.
Yeah I’m entering a phase where I despise dreaming. Been taking ambien on some nights. It’s not a fun ride on that stuff. Natural sleep is the best. Zyprexa used to be enough but the body adjusts to operating with it in the system.
