Today I woke up quite early and after taking my meds and having my breakfast I went to ride my bicycle. It was cloudy but not rainy which was good. I wish I had a camera and I could take photos and post these photos here. Now after 15 km I am feeling quite good, exercising is good for countering depression and other negative symptoms, I also have much less voices. How often do you exercise?

I just started in a gym (fitness center) and I bike a lot to get around.
I don’t like going to the gym, but you are right, it’s good for the mood and i really need exercise
