I realized how much better I feel exercising and decided to make it number one on list of priorities. I’m going to try and walk every day weather permitting and I’m going to push myself further than before. One day I hope to take long long walks and catch a bus home. That’s if my sweating is under control.
Yeah even if i only feel better for a couple hours after its still worth doing. Good for health
30 minutes of walking boosts me for an entire day.
I used to like lifting weights with my brother, but I never got super strong like I wanted haha. I wish I had more time to excersize… honestly I’m too tired after work… that’s exercise enough

I wanna start walking once it cools down a bit. I was walking for about 45 minutes every morning a few months ago. It cut into day treatment though and my morning. My plan is to get back into it weather permitting.
