It’s a real thing. I saw the story from many news sources. He’s totally blind in one eye and has “limited vision” in the other.

It’s a real thing. Very unfortunate. His music is not to my taste for the most part, but he is a very skilled pianist and I wish him the best.

I was diagnosed with uveitis in my left eye last month due to auto immune issues. I’ve lost a lot of sight in that eye. It happens.
