I came across this technique in my feed during the night after my early morning meditation.
It is called Emotional Freedom Technique Tapping.

It is based on acupuncture meridian points and you tap them in order repeating a positive affirmation. In this way it is meant to relieve whatever ails you.

I gave it a try and feel better and more relaxed due to it.
It is used by PTSD and war veterans to considerable success.
