Biofeedback for anxiety?

Does anyone know about this as a method of reducing anxiety?

Its supposed to be a western form of mindfullness. To do it properly you need tools like a heart rate monitor.

Many of the big american hopsitals suggest this as a treatment for people who cannot tolerate meds.

I don’t know anything about this, but on this forum we have talked about binaural beats. You can look it up on You Tube.

It did work, but the noise it made through the headphones was awful and I had to stop using it.
