Risperidone improved both my impulsivity and aggression.

Interesting, i read on Quora about a diagnosed psychopath that was prepscribed antipsychotics for his tendencies. They didn’t work though.

I read they use Clozapine in prisons to reduce aggression.

I don’t think AP treat psychopathy but they can reduce aggression and impulsivity.

Yeah…they benefit more from psychotherapy.

Aripiprazole also lessened aggressivity for me… off meds I was very aggressive.
