Eau de parfum (EDP)

I bought some escentric moleculues 01+ mandarin which is a lovely fragrance but it costs over £100 per 100ml. The problem is it is an eau de toilette which doesn’t seem to last very long.

I found a knock off of the scent for £30 for 50ml and is an EDP, but I came acroos a Polish perfumery that has an amazing list of scents using the same molecule and are EDP.

They are called ‘Independent’s Warsaw’ and have an ebay shop.

I am going to try out some 10ml samples (x5) to see what they are like.

They are all unisex frangrances that I am trying and they are:

ISO super with mandarin +ambroxene
ISO super with white musk
ISO super with oud wood + timbersilk
ISO super with coffee + cardoman.
ISO super with black coconut

What a trip with these far out fragrances! They have a whole load of trippy fragrances and i am hoping that they are unlike the familiar famous brands.

I don’t want to smell like everyone and be the same.

Anyone else using some far out fragrances?

I have some coconut dog perfume in the garage. I suppose I can spray some of that on to satisfy the conditions of posting in this thread.

That could work, and perhaps get a doggy treat if you fancy a snack too…

Those fragrances sound pretty promising— the black coconut especially!

I actually got some body mists on sale for like, $3.95/8 fl.oz from Bath and Body Works (they are having their semi-annual sale right now).

I got Cotton Candy Clouds, which has notes of:

  • Spun sugar
  • Pink berries
  • Whipped vanilla

And Sweetheart Cherry, which has notes of:

  • Wild cherry
  • Crushed pistachio
  • Whipped vanilla

They are body mists, so I don’t expect the scent to last all day, but they do smell pretty .

I think the rarest EDPs I own might be Dolce & Gabbana Pour Femme, Innocent by Mugler, or Giorgio Armani’s Code Pour Femme— all of which are kinda hard to find now.

Also, if you’re into fragrance, I highly suggest this website:

It’s like a database for fragrance, and good if you want to find scent notes, reviews, and more.

Those elixirs sound great!

Must be annoying having people hounding you all the time?

Haha!

I suppose it beats people running the other way, lol .

In actuality, I was the “creep” (long before psychosis and marked social anxiety) who would approach other ladies and ask what fragrance they were wearing :ghost: :nose:

What do you think of CK Escape?
That was my last serious EDP I had

I had obsession for men when i was a teenager. I quite liked that.

Cats love it too famously. Lions on safaris seek it out!

I have never smelt CK escape though.

I recently found out at the dentist that the hygenist made my eyes stream with ‘tendre’ or something. I am allergic to that one!

While I dunno that I’ve ever had the chance to preview CK Escape, these are its scent notes below:

I am intrigued by the fruits, herbs and woods all coming together— sounds really nice @anon83704208 :+1:

Calvin Klein makes some good fragrances for sure. I’ve always liked Euphoria For Her and CK One Shock For Her. And CK One The Original is a classic!

I am sensitive to scents. Seems to have gotten worse with age. I don’t try wearing anything myself now. The last attempt left me covered in hives and having trouble breathing for the better part of a day.
