Ears are always clogged

My ears are always clogged
And really badly when I’m depressed

I feel a lot of pressure in my head when it’s too much

Any tips?

Go to the GP, get an ear syringe. They blast water in the ear and clear out all kinds of debris.

Last time I had one so much debris came out. It was incredible.

Try allergy medicine. My kids get fluid in their ears and the doc tells me allergy meds like Flonase or Loratadine.

I had a spell where my hearing went bad in one ear.Some olive oil gradually solved the problem . I know they say don’t do it, but I try and clean my ears every now and then . There’s been no ear wax for several months .
