I thought ear plugs would help with voices and also getting stressed due to listening or be keen on people around me saying negative things. And I got some. But it did not help much. So trying to avoid it naturally.

I still hear voices despite using headphones.

I want to get some good quality earplugs. I thought of that. My voices are mostly external now. I’m scar d of it.

Do the ear plugs help? It made my voices louder when I had them in before I was medicated.

Edit: I told the pdoc in the hospital and he said that makes sense as it’s blocking all other noise. Headphones with music would probably be different though.

I used to wear earplugs for sleep. Now I’d recommend headphones with music or YouTube. I do that a lot.
