In my case, my diagnose is not definitive but what concerns me is the caracteriatics i know i have and the most important thing is how i deal with it. For me is almost all the same thing. The lable doesn’t Matter that much…

It’s true, I am articulate and don’t look like schizophrenic. Paranoid schizophrenia is the most accurate diagnosis so far.

I think it amounts to variations on a theme.

Now I take 200mg clozapine, 40mg zyprexa, 90mg abilify, 75mg nozinan. Nozinan is a very strong tranquilizer, it makes me dizzy.

I told my pdoc that solipsism and the belief that I am the greatest Buddha of this era, remain despite meds. So I think that they are not delusions, but reality

Jesus Christ Om.

That is alot !!!

They dont put too much weight in telling the difference between those in my experience. Same meds, same treatment

He said he will up the dose of abilify because it doesn’t cause weight gain. We stopped haldol. That’s good.

That’s an overdose of abilify. I don’t know how any doctor can prescribe that much. Personally if that were me I’d be finding another doctor.

That has happened to both my schizophrenia AND my MD.

First: schizophrenia
Second: borderline personality disorder
Third: Nope, that doctor was wrong, you have schizophrenia.

MD:
First: you have conversion disorder.
(after 7 more doctors): What the heck, you have MD.
The same doctor: Well, let’s do a muscle biopsy because I don’t know anything about your mutation.

…like what on earth?

Not a bad side effect, a sign of good health

I also had several diagnoses - bipolar, sza, undifferentiated sz, paranoid sz and borderline personality.
But my latest two pdoc’s agree with me that I have sza bipolar type and it fits the best.

I think I need my diagnosis to be accurate.
Paranoid schizophrenia fits the best.
