Drug on PRN basis for sexual dysfunction?

I dont have any sex drive plus im not interested in girls anymore. I also have delayed ejaculation - it is so delayed that there is no ejaculation at all. I think my paroxetine med is causing this to happen. I cant stop or reduce my antidepressant cuz this is the only one working and tolerable to me, rest of the antidepressants just worsen my psychosis.

Is there any drug which u can take as prn basis just before sex to fix sexual dysfunction ?

Paxil has a tougher withdrawal than different ssris.

Switching it over for Vortioxetine might help. It is also easier to withdraw from Vortioxetine when the time comes around to do so.

That is all assuming you need an antidepressant.

Bupropion can increase libido.

Viagra can help in achieving erection.

Buspirone has helped some ppl.

The best add on would be Bupropion, you may even be able to take it with Paxil. You can talk to your doc about trying different ones, maybe make a list! :slightly_smiling_face:

Yes. You can take Viagra or Sildenafil.
