so i noticed after years of drinking coffee and tea and eating chocolate that these things cause or aggravate depression… tell me what do you think??
I don’t think so. I drink tons of decaf and eat lots of chocolate and I’m not in the least depressed. Maybe I’m unusual.
If I drink too much coffee I feel really depressed the following day (a coffee hangover). So I can only have 2 cups of coffee a day now.
Sometimes I’ll have a strong coffee as a treat and just put up with the hangover the next day.
The only thing that depresses me about chocolate is that I can never afford as much as I want.
Coffee doesn’t depress me. It actually comforts me. When someone brings me a Tim Hortons coffee I’m happy until it’s gone haha
I’ve heard that men that eat too much chocolate can get depressed…I eat it anyways but I don’t eat a lot.
No way. Chocolate makes you feel good.
I heard the same thing about chocolate, that it makes you feel good. Anyways, I love coffee, tea, and chocolate. They don’t make me sad. They make me happy.
Learn to make your own. It is so much cheaper, and if you keep experimenting with it, you can get it to where it pretty much tastes like their coffee.
I drink coffee, tea a and eat chocolate when I’m not feeling happy enough and they make me feel better. Especially chocolate. I don’t easy it often either, so it’s not a rebound effect or anything. It makes me happier.
the next couple hours after the coffee ‘high’ I feel depressed and don’t talk at all
I’ve drank ten cups of coffee a day for over forty years. I’ve built up such a tolerance for it that most of my need for it now is probably psychological. I remember the early days when I drank coffee, though. In the morning I was in euphoric daydreams, and in the evenings I was very depressed.
I dont know what to think about it.
I am very happy while consuming those items.
All of those items contain caffine.
