Last night I dreamed I married my high school crush and that I got 3gbps internet. Before that I dreamed I went back to university and got a 7900xtx graphics card. Good dreams. I only get bad dreams when I lower my meds paranoia creeps into my dreams, I dreamed I was getting raped in prison. On latuda i dreamed isis was beheading my family and that i was drawning in the middle of the ocean alone i wokeup out of breath panicking both times
I lowered my Clozapine, and the result was coming back to experiencing what some people call the Gateway Process.
It always starts off in sleep. Time gets incredibly stretched and being able to manipulate processes I have only once before tried to understand is causing some some what strange surfing of the internet to try and validate my suspicions.
Last week I realised after having my first meltdown at work for months that maybe this is not a good idea.
As much as I hate having to avoid and ignore the bleeding ■■■■■■■ obvious, I will be a good boy and take the pills

Oh I see you work thats great I wish I can go back to work. I worked in data entry in accounting in my last job in 2020
Drooling lasted a while. Came off Pregabalin to try and bring weight down - with trying to exercise
Vortioxetine at 20mg is helping a lot! Really like that med. Effective with tame to non-existent side effects
I was vomiting in my sleep, but that has stopped now I have adjusted my diet and reduced the volume of food
Constipation is a ■■■■■! At the moment I take 2 meds everyday, and have two PRNs. I don’t like the sachets you mix with water. The denseness of the water makes me feel sick
Have not tried the syrup yet
But yea, it’s not all bad.
Also sleep a hell of a lot
My view now is I wish I’d started it much sooner.
Yep back to work after over a year off having my meds messed with

Almost all of my dreams are negative.
I rarely have a good one.

My dreams are almost always bad. I don’t find sleep restful.
