Really panicky this morning

My computer is acting funny and I am seeing conspiracies everywhere. Gonna close the curtains and write today off.

Ok, if it keeps happening… You know

Hi honey. Are you feeling better?

Yeah I am actually! Figured out what the glitch with my computer was so no longer think I was hacked. Some other stuff worked out too.

I hate these little paranoid episodes. They really send me on a wild goose chase.

I’m sad now, you didn’t call me mum. I love it when you call me that.

Hey man, I have tons of nightmares. My heart pounds with the most negative thoughts. I wonder if it could be a side effect of Vraylar?

Could be related to an antipsychotic. I used to be on fluanxol and seroquel. Only on seroquel now. My nightmares started when I stopped the fluanxol.

Almost like a withdrawal effect, you think? Mine would be from the presence of my ap.

Think mine could be s withdrawal effect yeah. Vraylar is pretty stimulating isn’t it? When I took nicotine patches at night the stimulant effect of those gave me nightmares.

I’ve been on Vraylar since the start of January. I don’t have much to compare it with except the Orap (pimozide) I took for 26 years. But yeah, I’d say V. is pretty hyper.

I think I remember somebody here mention a med which as a side effect seems to suppress dreams. Can’t remember what it was though.

Mostly, instead of visual dreams, I have a lot of verbal thoughts. And my heartbeat can be hard and a little fast when I’m resting. A couple of times, I had panic attacks – prolly from the med. Very strange stuff.

Sounds pretty scary. Do you remember those experiences during the rest of the day or does the panic from dreams fade away?

Fade away, I think. For instance, right now, sitting here typing, I feel fine.
