Im gunna go ahead and say probably not. I’m not a doctor but I think you should be aware of it. Not afraid of it.

With awareness you tap into the feelings you’re having when anxiety gets bad. You can watch them pass by. Practice whatever coping skills work for you and move through those feelings. Hopefully before they evolve into paranoia.

With fear/anxiety about it you perpetuate the cycle. Being anxious. Worrying about the anxiety. Becoming more anxious. And so on. Sounds like you don’t need anything more to worry about. So try and not think about it too much. (Easier said then done. I know)

That said, if you’re so anxious that it’s causing problems for you. Maybe consider talking to pdoc about anti anxiety meds, assuming you’re not already taking them. Or possibly an adjustment if you already are.

That’s just my two cents on the matter though and again I’m no doctor so take that with a grain of salt.

They already evolved to paranoia according to my doc

Ah I see. I would trust pdoc then. Do they seem to be a good pdoc for you?

yes but im currently at ward

Glad you’ve got a pdoc you can trust! And if you’re in a ward, they should be taking care of you. At least I hope that’s the case. Also your pdoc didn’t write that down to scare you or worry you, they wrote it down to better treat you. You can take comfort in knowing that.

I know that’s not a fix all statement but I hope it takes away some of the worry anyway.

Ps. This is unrelated so feel free to ignore. But they allow you to have electronics in ward? Every time I’ve gone to ward they take everything away:(

in finland most wards allow you to have your phone etc.

I see. I assumed you were in the states. They don’t treat you very well in most wards here in the USA. At least not in my experience.

This is for psychotic patients mainly

Why worry about something you’ve known for years?

Just worried if the records deny my job application in the future

Its up to you if you choose to tell employers about your illness. You dont have to and they cant access your medical records.
