If you’ve seen this movie.
Early in the movie when the lady takes the Dr on a journey through space and other random visuals.
I’ve seen sooo many visuals like that when my eyes are closed. These closed eye hallucinations went on for around 6 years and only pretty much ended in the last year for me
I’ve experienced the same thing. I didn’t know you could experience closed eye hallucination. 
Supposedly it was inspired by the drug salvia. At least that’s what my drug friend said it was like… his guess was that it was. Don’t quote me on. Don’t do salvia. I never have and never will. Seems scary.
I’ve only seen some graphic stuff long time ago when I was unable to sleep for 3 days. By the third day I was closing my eyes and vivid images started coming through. Really grotesque stuff.
Was just super stressed from being around a bunch on unconcerned ingrates who didn’t think being unable to sleep was a big deal. Wasn’t until I went to the ER that the good Dr who seen me before had to let them know about the risks.
Same. I don’t think the weird visuals when your eyes are closed are hallucinations, though. Or rather, they’re hallucinations, but several of my neurotypical friends also have them. We actually all had a moment of sudden realization when we were talking about it one day and realized that when some people close their eyes, they just see blackness. Mr. Star, and one of our other friends just sees black, but everyone else sees the rainbow vortex of infinite wonders.
Mine was more like zooming around planets and stars. I could see gold or silver words flying around. Then I’d see sonic the hedgehog repeatedly getting all the chaos emeralds. And then he would become super sonic. And then repeatedly drowning and then getting an air bubble…
Also seeing a lion roaring on top of a giant rainbow while 2 giant red snakes came up to battle and then Jesus spiralling through the sky at least speed to battle them.
All sorts of stuff, I wouldn’t call it a general visual really. But more extremely vivid and intense.
It was about 100x more intense when I had mania and the voices were telling me where they were taking me.
Regardless I’m happy it’s over!
The same way I get visuals I actually used to hear very complex musical compositions that would be creating themselves on autopilot. That was interesting. Doesn’t happen anymore either though
That is what I was thinking when I saw the movie(first movie in like a decade). I was wondering if that is what visual hallucinations are like. You probably have people in psych wards across the world who think they could be dr. strange.
